Manufacturing Process
The Company has a professional team in place in order to provide customers with product designs, samples and any other help to meet the customers’ requirements.
Raw wood materials
All the wood is naturally dried in the raw material area for a minimum of 180 days, and then treated a second time with advanced drying equipment making the wood stable and consistent.
CNC Lathes
The factory uses the latest and most advanced CNC lathes so the product can be manufactured to meet the customer’s exact requirements.
Bore the badge
The latest machinery to bore the hole for the badge in the chamfer so the badge sits perfectly in the butt of the cue, any shape of badge can be bored into the chamfer.
Paint shop
The dust free paint shop ensures the surface of painted cues will be dust free and finished to the highest standard.
Quality Inspection
Rigorous quality control procedures ensure customers can have complete confidence in purchasing billiard cues from Master Sports !
Packing/Shipping
Our lead times are generally 90 days from order confirmation; depending on the time of year, (peak season can be longer). The standard packaging we provide is sturdy and suitable to ship cues anywhere in the world.
